Payment and application form must sent prior to candidate’s placement.
You will receive and email confirmation of your payment. All ESS course fees include course material.
ESS will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified on the booking form.
ESS will act responsibility and respectfully to any data received by their course participants in compliance with the Data Protection Acts.
Details of the specific venues used are included but are subject to change without prior notification. Participants are advised to check with ESS that the venue remains correct before they travel.
It is participant’s responsibility while undertaking ESS activity on any third party premises to act and behave in an appropriate manner. ESS has the right to eject participants from the course and the third party premises if it is deemed necessary. Non compliant participants will also be liable for any costs or damages incurred.
There is no dress code; however, most participants should come dressed appropriately for prolonged soccer activity where they will be expected to contribute to the field events.
Limited refreshments would be available, altough candidates should bring their own refreshments and drinks
Joining instructions including an outline of the day, venue details, map and local hotel details will be issued approximately two weeks prior to the course. If you have not received your joining instructions three days prior to the training course, please contact ESS.
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify ESS in writing up to 21 working days before the start of the course and that there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee (plus VAT) will be payable if notice is received within 21 working days of the start date of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed. No transfer permitted to another person.
Cancelling Your Place
Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
More than four weeks prior to the course start date - no charge
Two to four weeks prior to the course - 50% of the course fee
Less than two weeks prior to the course - full fee.
NB Cancellation must be made in writing and received by ESS by the due date.
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to ESS then the course fee will remain payable in full.
If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable.
Cancellation by ESS
Where circumstances dictate, ESS reserves the right to alter published programs, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
ESS does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of ESS. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
ESS does not provide insurance for participants of any course at any venue or facility. Participants are encouraged to take appropriate coverage before they commence with the course.
Candidates are expected to make their own visa application (if applicable) prior to entering the country in which the course is being held
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
